Hotel Shubham Suites

Its a long review but read it before you book the hotel.I booked the hotel after looking at the pictures and the reviews, but checking in to my surprise it was nothing like it (refer to pics).1. They mentioned a welcome drinks, but no welcome drinks. Leave welcome drinks, they did not even give the complementary drinking water. 2. I had called hotel 2 days prior for early check in and agreed to pay the extra charges. But upon arriving we had to wait for half an hour to get the room.3. Once we got the room, we were disappointed looking at the condition of the room. And the flush was not working (later to my surprise, the staff already knew that flush does not work. Still they allotted this room). When we asked for a room change we got to know that there are no rooms available so they can give us in an hour. So we waited. But in the meantime water started dripping from the ceiling on the bed (picture attached) even then they did not give us the different room for half an hour.4. Finally after 2 hours after check in we got the other room. And here the AC was not working still we waited patiently for change in the room.5. In the meantime, we ordered tea and coffee which also came after couple of follow up calls and 45 mins.6. When there was no response from the staff so we threatened them to complaint about the situation and miraculously they upgraded our room.Even if they have upgraded our room but we had already wasted 3 hours of our booking time, when we really wanted to rest.Throughout this time couple of staff was irresponsive but one was really helpful.

It's was a nice, cozy and comfortable stay it's 15-20 mins away from Domblivali station after which there is bus, sharing rickshaw and taxis available to reach at that point, while coming back also there are sharing rickshaws available at all times so it's perfectly safe. The rooms were super clean and huge. The service was great too. It's couple friendly so just carry your IDs and you would be fine.😊

From arrival to departure, you will not be disappointed. A gem of luxury in a crazy city One of the best hotels in Dombivali East, a must-see. We were upgraded from the Deluxe to the Suite room, which was fantastic, but Manager was extremely helpful throughout our stay and is an excellent host. A 10/10 experience and treat!

A decent place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff is polite and humble. A warm welcome was given by the staff. The rooms are nice and clean. The food is amazing. Bedsheets were maintained clean. Well-maintained the hotel, with great staff, and service. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean.
